Leadbot privacy notice

Leadbot is a browser extension for customers of Getmow.ai Lead Studio. It reads posts on pages you open yourself on seven public discussion sites, checks them against the keyword list your workspace has set, and sends the posts that match to that workspace.

Leadbot has no account of its own. It never signs in to any platform, never posts, comments or messages, and cannot open pages, follow links or browse on its own.

A Leadbot reading script loads only on these sites, and only when you navigate there yourself: Reddit, LinkedIn (feed, posts, groups and search only), Facebook Groups (inside groups only, never a personal timeline), X and Twitter, Hacker News, Bluesky, and Nextdoor.

It is explicitly excluded from the direct message, chat, moderation and settings pages of those sites, both by the extension’s manifest and by a second check that runs on every scan, so navigating from a feed into a message thread stops the reading.

One further script runs on your own Lead Studio pages on this site. It reads nothing from them. It exists so the dashboard can tell that Leadbot is installed.

On a supported page, Leadbot reads the posts rendered on that page and compares them against your workspace’s keywords. That comparison happens on your own device.

Posts that do not match a keyword are discarded on your device and are never transmitted. If your workspace has no keywords saved, automatic capture transmits nothing at all.

For a matching post, Leadbot sends the following to your Getmow.ai workspace:

• the platform it came from, and the post’s identifier on that platform
• the link to the post
• its title, and its text up to 4,000 characters
• the author’s display name, their handle, and the web address of their profile photo
• the post’s timestamp where the page publishes a machine readable one
• the web addresses of images or video attached to the post
• the keyword that matched

There is one path that does not depend on a keyword: the “Capture this post” button in the Leadbot toolbar popup sends the single post you are looking at, when you click it. It requires that Leadbot is paired with a workspace.

Leadbot captures public posts, which means it captures information about people who are not you and who are not Getmow.ai customers. We are stating that plainly rather than leaving it implied.

What is captured is limited to what those authors published publicly on the platform, and it is used for one purpose: showing the workspace that captured it a potential sales lead. It is not sold, not used for advertising, not enriched against other datasets, and not shared with anyone outside the processors named below.

If a post of yours was captured and you want it removed, write to privacy@nextmover.com with the link to the post. We will delete it and tell you when it is done.

Your pairing key, the cached copy of your workspace’s keywords, leads waiting to send, the address of the last supported page Leadbot read, and a record of which of the seven sites this browser has read in the last seven days.

None of that is sent to any server. The seven day record has one use outside the extension: when you have a Lead Studio page open in the same browser, Leadbot tells that page which sites it has read, so the dashboard can show that it is installed and working.

Clicking Unpair in the Leadbot popup deletes the pairing key, the cached keywords and every lead still waiting to send. Removing the extension from Chrome deletes all of it.

• It never asks for, stores or reads a password for any platform.
• It contains no code that opens or navigates a tab, and it never browses on its own.
• It does not read direct messages, chat, notifications or settings pages.
• It does not request access to your browsing history, your cookies or your downloads.
• It contains no analytics, no telemetry and no third party tracking code.
• It loads no code from the internet. Everything it runs ships inside the extension.

The extension sends leads only to Getmow.ai. No other party receives anything from the extension itself. Once a lead reaches Getmow.ai it is processed by our infrastructure providers under contract:

• Vercel Inc., which hosts the Getmow.ai application.
• Supabase Inc., which provides the database the leads are stored in.

These providers process the data on our instructions to run the service. They do not use it for their own purposes.

Leadbot’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs, and of any information it obtains from the pages it reads, adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically: the data is used only to provide the lead capture feature described above, it is not transferred to third parties except the infrastructure providers named, it is not used or transferred for advertising of any kind, and it is not used to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

Leads captured by Leadbot belong to the Getmow.ai workspace the extension was paired with. An owner or admin of that workspace controls them and can ask us to delete them.

If what Leadbot collects, transmits or stores changes, this page is updated and the effective date above changes with it.
